Brian Wilturner is an African American entrepreneur and came up with an awesome idea called The Pocket USA. His product is for our safety and the officer’s comfort. Mr. Wilturner is originally from Houston, Texas. He attended school throughout Houston Independent School District. After graduating from Houston Madison High School he attended The University of North Texas on a full athletic football scholarship.
